Brief Summary: Experiment 1: Utilizing a transcranial magnetic stimulation-electroencephalography/functional near-infrared spectroscopy system, the investigators aim to determine whether transcranial magnetic stimulation of the cerebellum can alter neural oscillations and blood flow changes in the prefrontal cortex.
