Brief Summary: This clinical study, conducted at the Techirghiol Balneary and Rehabilitation Sanatorium, aims to evaluate the effectiveness of transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) in improving clinical and biological parameters associated with frailty in older adults.
