Brief Summary: The purpose of this research proposal is to develop and evaluate a culturally grounded, ENDS prevention intervention for rural Hawaiian youth. This will be accomplished through two specific aims. AIM 1 (Years 1-3) are focused on pre-intervention and intervention development.
