Brief Summary: This clinical trial evaluates two surgical techniques (targeted muscle re-innervation [TMR] and regenerative peripheral nerve interfaces [RPNI]) alone and in combination for the alleviation of chronic residual limb and phantom limb pain in cancer patients who have had an amputation.
