Brief Summary: The aim of the study was to explore potential pathways for recovery and adaptation of the motor cortex by examining cerebral blood flow characteristics and hemodynamic markers analyzed by functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) in patients with hemiparesis after stroke.
