Brief Summary: Electrical/pharmacological cardioversion improves structural remodeling of left atrium. We hypothesized that radiofrequency ablation surgery for atrial fibrillation has a higher success rate and a lower recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation in patients with improved atrial stroma.
