Brief Summary: This prospective, triple-blinded, sham-controlled randomized trial evaluates the additive effect of Supra-Sartorial Subcutaneous Infiltration (SSSI) combined with intermittent adductor canal block (iACB) and posterior capsule local infiltration analgesia (PC-LIA) for pain management in total knee arthroplasty (TKA).
