Brief Summary: This study will compare different combinations of fertility signs (cervical mucus (CM), luteinizing hormone [LH], pregnanediol glucuronide [PDG], and basal body temperature [BBT]) to determine which are most reliable for identifying ovulation and luteal phase length.
