Brief Summary: This study is a large, multi-site clinical trial testing whether Stanford Accelerated Intelligent Neuromodulation Therapy (SAINT), a fast-acting form of transcranial magnetic stimulation, can more effectively reduce symptoms of postpartum depression (PPD) compared to a sham treatment.
