Brief Summary: the investigators will compare the effectiveness and safety of the pericapsular nerve block (PENG) using dexmedetomidine and bupivacaine before giving spinal anesthesia in improving the quality and success rate of spinal anesthesia for Fracture Neck Femur surgery versus spinal anesthesia alone.
