Brief Summary: Objective The goal of this prospective randomized controlled experiment was comparing the analgesic efficacy, opioid needs, and adverse effect profiles of Paravertebral Block (PVB), Thoracolumbar Interfascial Plane Block (TLIP), and Retrolaminar Block (RLB) in patients undergoing lumbar disc herniation surgery.
