Brief Summary: This study aims to investigate the prognosis and clinical outcomes of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) who continue to experience refractory dyspnea despite treatment with long-acting beta-agonist (LABA) and long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA).
