Brief Summary: This is a prospective, multicenter, randomized, parallel-controlled, superiority clinical trial designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a transcatheter intramyocardial septal radiofrequency ablation system for the treatment of patients with obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (oHCM).
