Brief Summary: The goal of this clinical trial is to collect data recording the incidence of newly developed, or worsening of existing tricuspid valve regurgitation following implantation of a pacemaker or a defibrillator with transveinous lead. In order to collect this data a Transthoracic Echocardiogram (TTE) with aquisition of 3D images of the tricuspid valve (TV) will be conducted before and after implantation of the pacemaker with particular emphasis on examining the tricuspid valve.
