Brief Summary: Myocardial Infarction (MI) with Non-Obstructive Coronary Arteries (MINOCA), occurring in 6-8% of MIs, refers to patients who experience a heart attack without obstructive coronary artery disease (CAD) or significant atherosclerosis.
