Brief Summary: Mixed cardiogenic-vasoplegic shock (M-CS) represents a distinct and severe phenotype of cardiogenic shock characterized by concomitant myocardial dysfunction and inappropriate systemic vasodilation. Despite its clinical relevance, the epidemiology, management, and outcomes of M-CS remain poorly defined.
