Brief Summary: This single-center, prospective, randomized controlled trial aims to evaluate the effect of preoperative video-based mobilization education on postoperative fear of movement (kinesiophobia), pain during first mobilization, and early mobilization characteristics in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.
