Brief Summary: It is an observational, monocentric, retrospective cohort study. Our main goal is to describe the maternal and foetal outcome in pregnancies that occurred before the diagnosis of Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) in a population of femelle patients that received aftermath the diagnosis of SLE .
