Brief Summary: This observational study aims to identify early predictors of in-hospital mortality in adult patients who achieved return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) after cardiac arrest. The study prospectively enrolls patients admitted to the intensive care unit at a tertiary care hospital in Turkey. Various clinical, biochemical, and resuscitation-related parameters will be recorded within the first 24 hours of ICU admission.
