Brief Summary: This randomized controlled trial will be conducted at Riphah Rehabilitation Clinic and Spinacure clinic in Lahore over a 9-month period. A sample size of 42 participants, aged 18 to 45, will be selected using convenient sampling. Informed consent will be obtained from all participants.
