Brief Summary: This study will examine quality of life, experiences, and unmet needs among individuals diagnosed with Low Risk Myelodysplastic Syndrome who are erythropoietin stimulating agent naive and non-transfusion dependent and among individuals with suspected myelodysplastic syndromes with unexplained anemia in Japan
