Brief Summary: This mixed-methods randomized controlled trial investigates whether a nurse-supported mobile app for self-help cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) effectively reduces insomnia severity among informal cancer caregivers, compared to sleep hygiene education.
