Brief Summary: The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the superiority of combined VLCKD, intensive lifestyle intervention and naltrexone/bupropion (N/B) versus standard of care with naltrexone/bupropion on weight loss for people with weight regain after bariatric surgery.
