Brief Summary: This observational study aims to evaluate myocardial perfusion abnormalities using quantitative and qualitative cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) perfusion imaging in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) phenotypes, including sarcomeric and non-sarcomeric HCM, Anderson-Fabry disease (AFD), and cardiac amyloidosis.
