Brief Summary: This study aims to compare the effects of Mulligan mobilization with movement (MWM) and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) techniques on pain, functionality, proprioception, and quality of life in individuals diagnosed with rotator cuff lesions.
