Brief Summary: This works aims at evaluating the diagnostic performance of combined MRI Volumetry, Diffusion tensor imaging and Conventional MRI in lateralizing the epileptogenic focus in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy and correlate these findings with clinical outcome.
