Brief Summary: Vitiligo is a common autoimmune depigmenting disorder characterized by selective destruction of melanocytes. Methotrexate (MTX) has shown potential in stabilizing disease activity and promoting repigmentation; however, systemic administration may cause hepatotoxicity.
