Brief Summary: The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of prophylactic administration of intra-thecal nicardipine though lumbar cerebrospinal fluid drain in prevention of symptomatic vasospasm in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage due to rupture of cerebral aneurysms.
