Brief Summary: Patients with CKD who suspected to have pulmonary hypertension by echocardiography with high probability, RHC used to confirm the diagnosis, assessment of hemodynamic parameters, differentiate pre and post capillary types of pulmonary hypertension and asses severity of the disease.
