Brief Summary: The aim of this research is to assess the effect of intentionally extruding a corticosteroid intracanal solution into the periapical tissues on the postoperative pain after root canal treatment in patients with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis and symptomatic apical periodontitis (SIP/SAP).
