Brief Summary: The goal of this randomized clinical trial is to investigate induction treatment with Hepatic Arterial Infusion Pump therapy combined with systemic therapy (HAIP-SYST) in chemotherapy-naive patients with unresectable colorectal liver metastases without extrahepatic disease.
