Brief Summary: - Objectives: Primary Objective: To compare Maximum Inspiratory Pressure (MIP) in lung transplant (LT) patients between the use of inspiratory muscle training (IMT) with intermittent variable resistance (IVR) or constant resistance (CR) during the first six months post-transplant.
