Brief Summary: Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis has a poor prognosis with limited treatment options. The Investigator hypothesize hyperpolarized Xe129-MRI can be performed in patients with IPF and repeated over time which will detect deficiencies related to perfusion in the lung.
