Brief Summary: Human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection is one of the most common and serious complications after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). Standard monitoring uses HCMV DNA testing, but this method may not detect the virus early enough to guide timely treatment.
