Brief Summary: This clinical trial tests how well fucoidan works in preventing chemotherapy-related fatigue compared to a placebo in patients with gastrointestinal (GI) or gynecological (GYN) cancer. Fatigue poses a burden in patients with malignancies undergoing systemic chemotherapy.
