Brief Summary: This is a single-center, randomized, double-dummy, triple-blind, placebo-controlled, three-arm parallel-group trial. It aims to compare the efficacy and safety of Fecal Microbiota Transplantation (FMT) delivered to two distinct sites in the gut: the upper gastrointestinal (GI) tract (jejunum) versus the lower GI tract (cecum). The study will enroll 249 children aged 3-16 years diagnosed with moderate-to-severe Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who are on stable behavioral therapy.
