Brief Summary: This randomized controlled trial aims to evaluate whether supplementation with exogenous luteinizing hormone (LH) can improve embryo quality in patients undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) with a long gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a) protocol who have excessive suppression of LH.
