Brief Summary: This is a multicenter, multi-arm, biomarker-stratified trial designed to evaluate biomarker-directed therapies in patients with estrogen receptor-positive/hormone receptor-negative (ER+/HR-) and triple-negative (TN) metastatic breast cancer (MBC).
