Brief Summary: This randomized controlled clinical trial investigates the efficacy of xenogeneic collagen matrix (XCM) versus autogenous subepithelial connective tissue graft (SCTG) in enhancing the peri-implant soft tissue profile around single dental implants in the aesthetic zone of the anterior maxilla.
