Brief Summary: The primary purpose of this study is to determine if intrathecal morphine (ITM) administration is superior to quadratus lumborum block or surgeon administered transversus abdominis plane (TAP) blocks result in decreased time to initiation of chemotherapy following oncologic surgery.
