Brief Summary: Background: Coronary artery disease (CAD) is treated with coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), or optimized medical therapy (OMT). Their cardiovascular outcomes are well studied, but renal effects remain unclear.
