Brief Summary: This is a prospective, double-blind, randomized, comparative effectiveness pilot study evaluating the effect of a sustained-release ammonium chloride formulation (ACF) on viral load dynamics in adult patients with mild or moderate COVID-19 or seasonal influenza infection.
