Brief Summary: Asthma and COPD are significant respiratory diseases that can coexist, referred to as Asthma-COPD Overlap Syndrome (ACOS). Patients with ACOS experience more severe clinical outcomes, including rapid decline in lung function, increased symptom burden, and reduced quality of life.
