Brief Summary: This randomized controlled trial was conducted by the CONSORT guidelines for non-pharmacological treatments. Participants were randomly assigned to control, gaming, or aerobic groups using the closed-envelope randomization method. All groups received conventional physiotherapy for 8 weeks.
