Brief Summary: This study is designed to compare the effectiveness of two physiotherapy techniques-Dry Needling and the Cyriax Technique-in people suffering from chronic low back pain (CLBP) that radiates to the outer thigh, a condition commonly known as meralgia paresthetica.
