Brief Summary: Transoral endoscopic thyroidectomy vestibular approach (TOETVA) has the advantage of scarless cosmesis but has limitations of recurrent laryngeal nerve (RLN) palsy. Intermittent intraoperative neuromonitoring (I-IONM) techniques have been utilized during TOETVA to identify and map RLN to prevent RLN injury.
