Brief Summary: The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral stress management (CBSM) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) on the fear of recurrence, quality of life, psychological distress, and fatigue of caregivers of cancer patients.
