Brief Summary: This randomized controlled clinical trial aims to compare the effectiveness and safety of a 0.12% chlorhexidine (CHX) mouthwash with a mouthwash containing MicroRepair(R) ABX in adult patients with plaque-induced gingivitis. All participants will receive the same professional dental cleaning using a standardized Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) protocol. They will be randomly assigned to use one of the two mouthwashes twice daily for 14 days.
