Brief Summary: This study aims to evaluate the prognostic value of myocardial mechanics parameters, including global longitudinal strain (GLS) and mechanical dispersion (MD), assessed through speckle tracking echocardiography, in patients with Chagas cardiomyopathy (CCM).
