Brief Summary: In a residency clinic in Baltimore, the investigators propose to conduct a pilot RCT comparing a) an avatar-delivered computerized intervention (CI) for tobacco cessation augmented with CHW support and navigation to lung cancer screening to b) a waitlist control.
